So, first of all, you have to create an account on Google AdSense.

Go to Google Adsense and then click on sign up now
Then fill up all the details that google asks you to submit just like your mail-id, your website URL, your country or region, your time-zone, your currency, and some other details too.
Then you have to agree to the terms and conditions of AdSense.
When you will finish doing all these steps you will see something like "connecting your site to AdSense " and for that, you to copy the snippet code provided by Google and have to paste it in between the <head> and </head> tags of your HTML code and if you are a WordPress or Wix user, you just have to install a plugin for WordPress and for Wix you can directly go to tracking and analytics and paste your code under the custom code option.
When you will do that you have to tell google that you have pasted your code and Google will look for your code. Once this entire process is done you will see something like this "We are reviewing your website, this usually takes few days, but in some cases, it can take up to 2 weeks. Now you have to wait until google reviews your site and approves you. But there are millions of websites out there that are being registered under google Adsense every day and your one is also on the list. So that's a very rare possibility of getting accepted.

Google AdSense is very specific about the quality of the pages on which their ads appear. So, it's really very important to have pages of good quality. With good quality pages, what I mean is good quality content, good navigation, a good design, and a good look and feel of the web pages.
It is important to know a few things that will increase the chances of approval before applying for Google Adsense.
Things that you should know before applying to avoid rejection
Insufficient/unacceptable content: Google Adsense is one of the oldest ad networks and almost every website that exists is running Google Adsense ads. Google has therefore made the approval process very strict. Before applying, you should have good quality and quantity of content. If you do not have content, the Google Adsense application will be rejected immediately. Google places a lot of weight on content grammar and spelling. Since AdSense is one of the main sources of revenue for Google, there is no compromise on the quality of the websites approved for the AdSense program. At least 30+ good-quality posts are a must for a better chance of getting the application approved. I have personally posted 50 contents before applying for Adsense.

AdSense for content (AFC) and Ad Exchange (AdX) display ads are not supported through all WebView technologies. App developers wishing to monetize by publishing AFC and AdX display ads through a WebView must use one of the following supported viewing frames:
Android: Chrome Custom Tab
iOS: SFSafariViewController (iOS9 and iOS10 only)
Google AdMob and AdX in-app ads may be shown in an app next to a WebView so long as the Google Mobile Ads SDK is in use and the publisher is compliant with all other AdSense program policies.
How long does it take for google to approve you?
It usually takes 2 weeks for google to review your site and approve you, but in most cases, it takes up to months, and to greater extents, it gets rejected. So take a piece of pen and paper and note down the following

Have a proper webpage with a custom domain and hosting
The location and mail id of your website must be mentioned on the homepage.
Have a proper terms & conditions page that defines the terms of your own webpage. Try to have well-maintained terms and conditions details that describe you best.
Have a privacy policy page that describes you the best
Try to gain 100 unique visitors every day to make your page growing and then sign up for Google Adsense
Have a well-defined page with "about"
Try to work with trending keywords at the beginning like "Space", "Covid", "Education" and more.
Have a proper customized website name with an official e-mail id.
Try to avoid broken links on your page.
Have a " contact us" page on your website so that your clients can contact you directly.

Sign up for your AdSense account.

Click Manage payment methods, please.
