Square Enix has announced that the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of Marvel's Avengers will arrive on March 18, 2021.
It is important to remember that not only will it be possible to update to the next-gen models for free for anyone who own Marvel's Avengers on PS4 or Xbox One, the game will allow cross-generation play between PlayStation and Xbox consoles and players will even be able to pass their saves between versions.
Marvel's Avengers will have improved graphics and framerate on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, "significantly faster load times," increased damage, and "Heroic detail." On PS5, each hero will have special haptic input that will be felt by using the DualSense controller.
