20 MINUTES OF WALKING CAN MAKE YOUR LIFE PLEASURABLE

Everyone is living a life full of burdens, anxieties, and most diseases. They don’t have peace of mind. Even doesn't have time to feel relaxed. So, everyone needs to focus on their health. For the lack of time, they can’t do excise or yoga in their daily lives. Apart from all of these, everyone can do one thing is WALKING.

Walking is the most popular and easiest physical activity among all because it doesn’t require special clothes, equipment or training and it’s free. Walking could be done any time of the day, there’s no particular period, and can be done at one’s own pace.

For good health, everyone has to walk for 20 minutes a day. It can increase cardiovascular fitness, boost muscle power, strengthen bones and reduce excess body fat. It may reduce the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers. It can help to maintain a healthy weight. It also helps in lifting the mood.



Walking can be performed in many ways: have a walk with pets (dogs), instead of going for lift use stairs, walk (don’t ride or drive) to local shops and more on. Make walking a part of your daily routine by performing this kind of activity. One can make walking for fun by varying different streets, walking with a pet dog, if someone feels alone; they can walk with their friends or family members, joining a walking club or venue, and many more.

One thing, everyone has to remember’s safety while walking take a phone or ID card with you. If possible, take your friends or relatives and make them know when or where you are planning to walk. Always be aware of your surroundings.
