Owing to the Covid-19 pandemic halting mobile development and releases in 2020, smartphone manufacturers were forced to change their overall plan and delay their launches, culminating in the launch of some of the big phones, such as the ROG Phone 5 and OnePlus 9 series, in Q1 instead of the normal Q2 launch period.
Almost all mobile manufacturers released their smartphones in India in March 2021, with prices ranging from Rs 6,999 to Rs 79,999.
April will be a busy month for mobile makers, much like March. Most big smartphone vendors, including Xiaomi, Samsung, iQOO, and Realme, are scheduled to announce new models this month. Smartphone makers are now bidding on 5G-ready phones in the world after OEMs started selling feature-packed handsets at an affordable price in recent years.
About the fact that the sale of the 5G spectrum in India is impossible before the following fiscal year, smartphone vendors are ensuring that the ‘hardware is ready' so that consumers can benefit from higher network speeds as they become usable.
We've assembled a list of some of the most forward-thinking new 5G smartphones that will or are scheduled to launch in India in April.
