SIL NDIS are open to all NDIS participants. However, in order to be qualified to use this support service, participants need to fulfill the following requirements:

The individual must fulfill the NDIS's eligibility requirements, which include having a persistent or major disability and being an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a Protected Special Category Visa.

Requirement for Support in Daily Living: The individual must be suffering from a serious illness or disability that limits their ability to perform activities of daily living. Assistance with personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and community involvement are a few examples.
